AG3 & AG2 will now practice at 8:15 am - 9:30 am
No Saturday practice for NOVICE

Changes to meets for 2012: No exhibition swims, $5.00 surcharge in
addition to event fees per swimmer
Please check your swimmer's file folder in the file cabinet in the lobby to
get the USA Swimming registration card. Each family has a folder in one of
the bottom 2 drawers. All swimmers late entering meets will now need to
show proof of registration. Additionally, you need a printout of their best
times from USA Swimming's website. Go to www.usaswimming.org, click on
times/time standards, individual times, and fill in the boxes with the
swimmer's name, show only fastest time by event/age. Print that out and
bring it to the meet, along with the registration card in order to late enter a
meet.

All entries are due no later than 6 pm on the due date
listed above. Your payment should include the $5.00
swimmer surcharge.

TRS will host the following meets in 2012
B/C Meet 02/10-02/12
We will need lots of parent help during this weekend
so please mark your calendar and set aside time to
help out the team, even if your swimmer will not be
competing at this particular meet.

| TRS Team Tryouts |
TRS holds team tryouts Mon-Thurs at 5:30 pm. Prospective team
swimmer's should be able to swim 25 yards of three of the competitive
strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Coaches will
evaluate the swimmer's skills and determine whether the swimmer is ready
for a competitive team and if so, into which practice group the swimmer's
skills would allow the swimmer to be most successful.
Swimmers should bring a suit, towel and goggles to tryouts and a
photocopy of the birth certificate. Tryouts take approximately 15 minutes.
